Typically, sealants and caulking on pipe and chimney flashings begin to fail within 10-15 years of installation due to expansion, contraction and weathering. NewCastle Roofing is offering a Roof Maintenance and Inspection special.
THIS SERVICE INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING…
PIPE FLASHING COLLAR REPLACEMENT:
• Installation of new pipe flashing collar, seal around new pipe flashing
CHIMNEY RESEAL:
• Inspect existing flashing, caulk and reseal flashing
GENERAL INSPECTION OF ROOF CONDITION:
• Inspect entire roof for loose or wind damaged shingles, seal as necessary
• Inspect any other flashings, seal as necessary
Anything outside of this scope that needs attention, we will provide an estimate for your consideration.
